BASIC PLAN – 4 Applications
Four seasonal fertilizer and weed control applications designed to improve lawn health and reduce weed pressure.
STANDARD PLAN – 6 Applications
Six seasonal fertilizer and weed control applications:
Early Spring • Late Spring • Early Summer • Summer • Early Fall • Late Fall
Our most popular program for consistent, season-long results.
DELUXE PLAN – 7 Applications
Includes everything in the Standard Plan plus:
Grub Control and Core Aeration.
GREENSKEEPER PLAN – 8 Applications
Includes additional seasonal treatment for maximum turf density and performance, plus Grub Control and Core Aeration.
All programs can be customized to meet your lawn’s specific needs.
Application Schedule
Early Spring Application
Fertilizer for spring green-up along with crabgrass control (weather permitting).
Late Spring Application
Fertilizer, weed control, and crabgrass control (if not completed in Early Spring).
Early Summer Application
Fertilizer and weed control. Grub control may be applied during this visit depending on timing.
Summer Application
Fertilizer and weed control to maintain strength during heat stress.
Early Fall Application
Fertilizer and weed control to repair summer damage and thicken turf.
Late Fall Application / Winterizer
Fertilizer with extra nitrogen to promote root growth and strong spring green-up.
Optional Add-On Services
Grub Control
Applied in early to mid-summer. Targets the eggs and larvae of lawn-damaging grubs to provide season-long control.
Proper timing also helps reduce certain surface insects such as sod webworms and chinch bugs.
Core Aeration
This essential service pulls plugs of soil, thatch, and grass to relieve compaction.
Aeration allows water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach the root zone more effectively.
Recommended annually by Michigan State University experts.
Surface Insect Control
Helps control surface insects such as sod webworms, chinch bugs, fleas, ticks, earwigs, and spiders.
Can be applied as needed or as part of a preventative program.
Mole Control
Helps eliminate underground moles that create unsightly and hazardous tunnels throughout the lawn.
Our Commitment to Service
- Free service calls. If you suspect a problem, call us. Early attention prevents larger issues.
- Satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 10–14 days, call us and we will evaluate and reapply if needed at no additional charge.
- Certified technicians. All technicians are certified by the State of Michigan in proper turf pesticide handling and application.
